What is MLS?

MLS or Multiple Listing Service is Realtor version of Zillow; Realtors can share private remarks and contractual terms with each other. CRMLS or California Regional Multiple Listing Service is the nation’s largest multiple listing service. Many MLSs share listing data with each other.

Only real estate agents have access to MLS. When a Listing agent list a property on a MLS, sellers have the option to synchronize your home listing to many public websites, including but not limited to Zillow, Trulia, Realtor, Redfin, Compass, Re/Max, Coldwell Banker, Exp, Movoto, and many more.
