    The more tenants know your listing, the sooner the better tenant the highest rent you can get.

  • When you don’t want the hassles for showings, realtors can show your property when you have a lock box at your property and showing instruction stated on MLS private section . (*Remember to ask the realtors for a business card text and match the phone numbers)

  • Buyer calls will be forwarded to you, or your phone number will be given to buyers.

    *Synchronization is not under our control.

Closing

  • You google a rental agreement online and sign with your tenant, or
