We put seller phone number on MLS, so that other buyer agents can contact seller for showing and complaint against listing agent unethical practice or even illegal practices.

We perform real fiduciary duty. We forward all buyer calls that our listing realtor member to seller, which is in writing; Otherwise, we will refund the whole service fee. Seller can ask friends to pretend buyers and call us, and prove our honesty. Seller can sell the home to a buyer without an agent and any commission, but with the powerful marketing tool from realtors.
